Patriot Consulting · A Patriot Projects LLC company

You make something here

You run a plant, a shop or a line in this country and you want the work. Listing is free. The questions are real ones, and that is the point.

  • You make things

American manufacturers, fabricators, mills and suppliers who are good at what they do and bad at being found. If you make it here, we want you on the list.

Suppliers never pay us

The business doing the buying pays our fee. American manufacturers and suppliers are listed free, and no one can buy a place on a shortlist or a better position on it. That is the whole reason a shortlist from us is worth anything - when we hand you five names, no one paid to be among them. Any fee arrangement that ever changes gets disclosed in writing, to both sides, before an introduction is made.

How we check

One of two ways, and neither is a hoop.

  • An SBA certification

If you hold a veteran-owned or service-disabled veteran-owned small business certification through the SBA, give us the number and we are done in a minute.

  • Or show us once

Most veteran owners never bothered to certify, and that is not a reason to shut them out. Show us a DD-214 or a VA letter one time on a call. We write down that it was verified and the date it happened. We do not keep a copy, and we never ask you to email one.

Apply to be listed

Before you start: what we will check, and what we will never ask for.

A listing on this site tells a buyer something about your business, and we have to be able to stand behind it. Everything below is checked against a public record, not taken on trust. That protects you as much as it protects us - a badge nobody verifies is worth nothing to the businesses that earned it.

  • Made in USA / Assembled in USA - your own answers below, plus we read your site’s origin wording and may ask for a bill of materials on a high-value listing. The FTC standard for an unqualified “Made in USA” claim is all or virtually all, and it applies to websites, not just labels.
  • Percentage of US content - we publish the figure you give us, attributed to you and dated.
  • Veteran-owned - an SBA VetCert or SDVOSB certification number, which we check against the SBA’s public database. If you do not hold one, we will arrange a short call and look at a DD-214 or VA letter once. We never take a copy and we never ask you to upload one. That document carries your Social Security number and we are not going to hold it.
  • Family-owned - your statement plus the officers on your Secretary of State registration, which is already public.
  • The business itself - state registration and good standing. This is a public lookup and takes us seconds.

We will never ask for your EIN, tax ID, or bank details on this form. None of it is needed to list a product. Your supplier list is confidential and is never published or passed on without your written permission. Getting something wrong and telling us is fine and we will re-tier the listing. Misrepresenting it ends the listing permanently.

Listing is free and always will be. Suppliers never pay to be listed - that is the only reason a short list from us is worth anything. Expect real questions.

What would help your business most right now?

Check anything that applies. This is the part we actually care about - being listed is easy, being useful is the point.

This is the part of the form we are most often asked about, so here it is plainly: we never publish this list, never sell it, and never pass a name on to a buyer without asking you in writing first. We ask because American manufacturers buying from each other is the entire point of what we are building, and because it lets us tell a buyer honestly that a supply chain was traced rather than assumed.

Before you send this

We publish what you tell us, attributed to you, with the date you told us. We don’t certify anyone’s claims - we report them, and we correct them when they change.
